1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the Tactics Health Card is purchased, it is generally non-cancellable.
  • Cancellation requests (if any) must be raised within 24 hours of purchase, only if the card is not activated.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once purchased, the Tactics Health Card is non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after purchase, except in cases where:
    • The transaction has failed but the amount was deducted
    • Duplicate payment has been made
  • Refunds (if applicable in the above cases) will be processed only after verification.

Refunds will strictly not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Card activated or benefits used
  • Partial usage of services
  • Failure to use the card within validity period
